Cafe Americana will offer a special three-course Christmas Eve dinner on December 24, priced at $68 per person. In addition to the featured holiday menu, the restaurant’s full dinner menu will be available.

Guests will begin with a choice of French onion soup featuring short rib, morel mushroom broth, toasted baguette and caramelized brie or a ratatouille and gorgonzola dulce pie topped with a baked organic egg, arugula and aged balsamic.

Entrée selections include a braised pork shank with heirloom grain risotto, Brussels sprouts, roasted bell peppers with a Chianti redux; prime rib served with pomme purée, green bean almondine, carrots, and roasted veal demi; or a cioppino seafood stew with salmon, mussels, shrimp and a fennel-tomato broth accompanied by grilled bread.

For dessert, diners may choose between fried strawberry cheesecake with rum raisin anglaise and chocolate crunch or a six-layer carrot cake with toasted oats, cream cheese icing, cranberries and sunflower crunch.

Cafe Americana invites guests to celebrate Christmas Eve with a festive, chef-driven dining experience. Reservations are strongly recommended.
