Misty Adams will give an overview of recycling and what is appropriate for curbside. She will highlight key problems in Arlington’s recycling stream and explain how residents can become better recyclers.

Misty is the city's interim environmental service manager and has 10-plus years of experience in environmental outreach programming and development. A master's graduate of the University of North Texas (environmental science), she has spent her career working for municipalities, creating programs related to environmental issues. She is passionate about solid waste diversion and recycling, and helping residents understand their importance.
