North Texas Giving Day is back this year on September 23rd, however, EARLY GIVING is underway through September 22nd and we are spotlighting one of the more than 3,500 nonprofits participating this year.  Wildlife On The Move is a local DFW Area 501(c)(3)nonprofit that is participating in its 5th Year of North Texas Giving Day. Wildlife On The Move is a LIVE and VIRTUAL Animal Outreach Organization, dedicated to helping people of all ages become more knowledgeable about their natural world. For over 16 years, the folks at Wildlife on the Move have given thousands of programs to over 450,000 people, involving dozens of different animals, and traversed over 175,000 Miles to "Bring Science to Life" for schools, daycares, festivals, churches, scout groups, television segments, birthday parties, as well as providing high-quality care and husbandry to 50 Animal Ambassadors that were previously abandoned, discarded, abused, and rescued. Wildlife On The Move is an organization that is passionate and honored to help people of all ages connect with nature, overcome their fears and misconceptions, and learn facts about animals from all over the world in an entertaining and educational experience, however that has continued to be changed and ever-evolving in 2021. To be candid, they are continuing to struggle severely during these challenging times as they climb, crawl, and slither their way back to financial stability, therefore, this amazing organization that helps "Bring Science to Life"  for so many people of all ages and "Cares for Critters" that are deeply misunderstood, desperately needs your monetary gifts even more now than ever.

The Wildlife On The Move Animal Care Fund and Educational Program has been on a long road to recovery after massive show cancellations and lost revenue since March 2020 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic plus the devastating Severe Ice Storm/Freeze/Electrical Shutdown in the Winter of 2021, but with your help, generosity, and gifts they will be able to venture on to keep their Animal Ambassadors well fed and cared for to their high standards and sustain the STEAM Based Educational Programming into the future. This North Texas Giving Day, they are hoping to raise $20,000 to help their Animal Ambassadors and Educational Programming on the road to recovery, plus your kind and generous donations will allow the purchase of TWO State of the Art Honda Generators, a Specially Designed Exercise Wheel and Lumber/Materials/Supplies for a NEW Outdoor Enclosure for the resident opossums, and a NEW Window AC Unit for the Critter Compound. The GREAT NEWS is that a very generous corporate partner has committed to providing $10,000 as a Matching Donor/Sponsor to help sustain the Animal Ambassador's Care and Feeding, plus continue the high-quality Educational Programming for thousands of children and adults into the future! So with your financial help and support, your gifts are DOUBLED!

Can you help Wildlife On The Move close the gap on the remaining $10,000 or more, so that ALL GIFTS up to $10,000 will be doubled? Every donation makes a difference and please consider joining their BE a WILD CHILD and MAKE a DIFFERENCE Campaign and give at least $16 to help the cause for the number of years this non-profit has been on a mission or even consider providing at least a $52 donation in honor of President & Presenter, Eric "Mr. B" Brittingham's Birthday on 9/23! Every dollar goes even further on #NTxGivingDay thanks to the matching funds from the generous corporate sponsor and bonus funds from the Communities Foundation of Texas and possible gifts from the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation.  BE a WILD CHILD and MAKE a DIFFERENCE Now during EARLY GIVING - up to September 22nd and Especially During the MAIN EVENT on September 23rd from 6 AM - Midnight for Wildlife On The Move and support their Animal Care Fund here: www.northtexasgivingday.org/wildlife-on-the-move
