In doing so I have also been given the task of recruiting, hiring, training, and developing leaders for one of their new location’s in the DFW area. We are in charge of the entire DFW area and as such we have a lot of new hires who are needing on the job training. A training manager takes the new hires and work together with them to develop and mold their skills. You will provide them with the support, guidance and game-plan during their first few week’s in training. This is entry level-management that gives you the opportunity to learn the industry and advance quickly based on merit. You will participate in accelerated management training, and will be given the opportunity to be creative and innovative all while staying within the company system that has been proven to yield success and develop individuals and future leaders.
Primary duties include:
Hands on Field Training for New Recruits.
Use and Training of Company Approved System.
Taking System and Being Creative When Teaching and Training New Recruits on it.
Participate and Help Facilitate Agency Wide Weekly Meetings.
