 n will address the impacts that drought and winter have on trees\, how the
 y cope\, and what we can do to help. Kimberlee grew up in the South Arling
 ton/Mansfield area and earned a B.S. in wildlife\, sustainability\, and ec
 osystems sciences\, followed by an M.S. in agriculture and natural resourc
 es\, at Tarleton State University. She has been with the Texas A&M System
  for almost six years\, first as a student assistant researching native se
 ed phenotypes and grassland restoration\, and more recently as a woodland
  ecologist with the A&M Forest Service. From her office in Mineral Wells\,
  the position requires her to "provide leadership to municipalities\, non-
 profits\, planning groups and other community forestry stakeholders in the
  [29-county North Central Texas] region to help build sustainable programs
  that ensure healthy trees and forests ... [and to] deliver education\, ou
 treach and technical assistance that support enhancing community tree cove
 r to optimize associated benefits and contribute to the quality of life of
