  Abraham Alexander moved to Texas with his family at age 11\, determined t
 o escape the racial tensions they faced in Athens. But while his lyrics sp
 eak to pain\, trauma and life-changing loss\, Alexander instills his music
  with a joyful passion and irrepressible spirit\, ultimately giving way to
  songs that radiate undeniable hope. In the making of his debut EP\, Alexa
 nder traveled from Fort Worth to London and worked with producer-songwrite
 rs like Cameron Warren (The Dap-Kings\, Dan Caplen)\, shaping his songs wi
 th elements of soul\, hip hop\, and blues. He is currently working on a fo
 llow-up album…and on Friday night\, he’ll be playing a free concert at the
  Levitt\, courtesy of Levitt sponsor First Rate.  \n   \n Opening for Abra
 ham Alexander is Eaglin\, an indie-pop/rock sister act combining nostalgia
  and modern influences mixed with ambitious storylines and sounds inspired
  by Bailee and Kenzie’s growing-up years in Denton\, TX. Their debut singl
 e\, “Vanilla\,” marks the beginning of a journey just begun\, bringing the
 ir vibrant mood-boosters and self-reflective anthems to families and frien
 ds beyond their hometown. The sisters attribute their love of music and pe
 rformance to their upbringing in an artistic and creative city\, with nort
 h Texas bands like Flickerstick\, Chomsky\, Brave Combo and Bowling for So
 up helping shape their eclectic style and tone. The duo released their sel
 f-titled debut EP in the summer of 2021\, featuring a breakthrough collabo
 ration of nostalgia and modern indie pop-rock\, led by the infectious Broo
 klyn-inspired anthem “Twenty-Three” and collaborations with Grammy winners
  and artists around the country. Eaglin’s Levitt performance is brought to
  you by the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation\, a longtime supporter of free l
